The news comes in the wake of Paul Ince's decision to leave the League One club to take over as Blackburn Rovers' new manager.
Ince's assistant, Ray Mathias, also departed earlier this week.
A brief statement on the Dons' official website read: "The club would like to extend a big thank-you to all of Paul's team for their tremendous work across the past season.
