Ince wants a handful of new recruits to help his side adjust to life at a higher level and is hopeful of striking a number of deals sooner rather than later.
"As soon as I knew we were getting promoted, I had to start getting in there before other people do," He told the Milton Keynes Citizen.
"We have five or six targets that we are looking at for next season. People will have to go too, but that's the way football goes, people come in and people go out.
"We have got to make sure we keep improving and growing as a club. What we have done this year is become an attractive club for players."
