The full-back Kane has rejoined County from Blackburn Rovers after previously spending a month at Edgeley Park during the 2006/07 campaign.
Meanwhile, Fojut has arrived from Bolton Wanderers, having previously played in the Football League with Luton Town last season.
Both players have joined the Hatters on initial one-month loan deals.
