The 20-year old joined Rovers at the end of August and has already found the net twice in five appearances for the club.
Shotton spent last season on loan at Altrincham, scoring five times in 37 appearances for the Blue Square Premier League side.
"I'm delighted to keep Ryan here for another month. He's been fantastic for us at right-back and is a good addition to the team," said Moore.
