Elsewhere in the basement Division, Leyton Orient beat high flying Bristol Rovers 4-2 and now move above them into 3rd.

Goals by Simpson, Steele,
Carlisle and Alexander were enough to see off Rovers despite a first-half strike by Ex-Iron Jamie Forrester and a second half goal by Paul Trollope.

At Sincil Bank,
Lincoln City threw away three points against local rivals Boston United, conceding two goals in the last five minutes.

The Imps took the lead after 33 minutes courtesy of Ex-Iron Jamie McCombe and then Francis Greene doubled the home side's lead on the hour mark, but a Gareth Jellyman penalty and an 88th minute strike by former pineapple-head Jason Lee meant Keith Alexanders' men had to settle for a point.

The Iron fall a place to second, now level on points with Leyton Orient and Bristol Rovers and a point ahead of fourth place
Macclesfield Town who beat Grimsby Town 3-1 thanks to a Paul Harsley inspired fightback.
