Yeovil have Holt bid turned down

The 24-year-old former Barrow and Sheffield Wednesday man is highly soughtafter following his 24-goal burst at Spotland, with several clubs interested in the big striker.

He has also been linked with fellow promoted sides Southend and Swansea.

"We did make a substantial offer which was rejected. Unless Rochdale
reconsider that offer we will turn our sights to other targets," Johnson told the Western Gazette.

Meanwhile, Yeovil have been dealt a blow following the decision of Polish forward Bartosz Tarachulski to leave the club on a free transfer.
